How to Reach Us

By Car
When traveling by motor vehicle, you can reach us as follows: Autostrada del Brennero A22, take the Klausen/Chiusa exit and continue towards Brixen/Bressanone for approx. 2 km. Then turn right into the Villnöss Valley/Val di Funes (Villnöss-Teis/Tiso) and continue 14 km to St. Magdalena. There, continue to the right until you get to the Ranui parking lot. Or proceed straight ahead to the Zans turn-off and continue to the Zanser Alm parking lot .

Adventure Day to the Geisleralm - Trail: Zans - Geisleralm
The most-beautiful way to our high-altitude meadow is from the Zanser Alm, to the left along the old Hay Trail Nr. 6 to St. Zenon. Then, continue to the right until you reach the well-known Adolf-Munkel Trail and proceed to the fork leading to the Geisler Alm, then proceed on tril nr. 35B to the Geisleralm.
Walking time: approx. 1.5 h. Return passing Dusleralm to Zanser Alm, Nr. 34B

Hiking Trail Ranui - Geisleralm
From the Ranuierboden Waldschenke (forest pub) parking lot in St. John's, Trail no. 34 (marked with a sign also mentioning Geisler Alm) leads you directly to us. Walking time: approx. 2 - 2.5 h.

Forststrasse / Forest Road
If you should happen to be using a baby carriage, we suggest using the Forststrasse ("Forest Road"), which leads from the Zanser Alm to the Dusler Alm and Geisler Alm. When you come to the intersection at the Jägerhütte ("Hunters' Hut"), take a left to the Geisler Alm. Walking time: approx. 1.5 h.
