Our kitchen staff, led by the chef Gerhard, serves authentic specialties of the regional South Tyrolean cuisine made with an extra touch. To do this we use mostly the products that come from our kitchen garden or at most from the neighbouring mountain farms of Val di Funes. The dishes are home-made and fresh and presented with great attention paid to detail and in tune with the rustic atmosphere of our mountain hut in South Tyrol. We are especially renowned for our home-made cakes and desserts. Our dining room staff, led by Laura and Karin, knows how to you're your stay at Malga Geisler truly comfortable and can meet any request.
